I think the Tone It Up website is a little hard to follow for the weekly schedule so I made my own printable for the weekly schedule to get everything condensed. I'll keep doing this each week so check back here each Sunday after the weekly schedule is posted on Tone It Up.   10. Just wanted you to know that I find these so helpful! I have been following TIU for a year now and am fairly used to their style, but sometimes it's nice to get a second opinion on exactly what they mean or to have a quick-load version. <3

    1. I'm so happy to hear that they are helpful! I've been following for over a year now too and the website is a little hard to get used to. I had a couple of friends lose interest pretty quickly because they couldn't figure out what was going on because the website is pretty busy. Week 4 is up, good luck with the rest of the bikini series!
